What Do I Need To Buy For Dog Training?
Welcome to the first day of Dog Training! Over the course of 8 weeks your dog will be able to:
- Sit
- Heel
- Come
- Sit Stay
- Finish Heel
- Side Down
- Front Down
- Down Stay
- Automatic Sit
- Drop On Recall
When most people get started with their puppy or teenage dog exuding none or tons of behavioral issues, they tell us they would be excited if THEIR crazy dog could accomplish HALF of this list!
After week 1 of dog training, you will be shocked by the results and capabilities of your loving dog. If you start your puppy training at 3 months, you can have a fully trained dog by 5 months!
Our dog training includes only 1 hour of dog training each week, and then we encourage you to practice about 15 minutes a day in between to really get good at each new skill. We only learn 1 new skill each lesson teaching your dog the building blocks of being a great family member.

Here are a few items you will need to purchase for your training:
1) Braided Nylon Slip Collar
How to ensure a proper fit? When you pull on the ring of the collar, you want the collar to be able to extend about 4 finger widths.
2) 6′ Leather Training Leash
3) 30′ Training Leash
You will need to have purchased the long leash by training lesson #6 as we transition to off leash training.
